So she accuses him of rape and a warrant for his arrest is issued. And then a news story. Any other evidence? If he is found innocent, will there be another report saying so? Or have we fully gotten to the point where the court of public opinion rules the day?

If he is guilty that's one thing. If he isn't, his name is still going to be mud after this news story. Is the point I am trying to make here.
