If they trick drivers, why not trick their own employees right?

 

That's almost what a good owner operator can make!

I am pretty sure they were just trying to motivate you guys. I believe that they told you this but I don't believe that it's true. Which means, it's pretty much like everything else anyone from TQL tells me.

 

Gotcha, that makes sense. I'm a numbers guy and was just trying to make sense of the numbers.

 

Can a noob, and worse yet a honest noob get into brokering freight and make $100k+ within a few years?
Where do you start with absolutely no experience?

 

Yes, you can. I know of a few.

As far as where to start: I've said it before- the thing is to find a good, small brokerage out there and learn on their dime.

 

Thanks for taking the time to share your story. Most of us who have been around for a while, know that TQL are scumbags! But you are also making it clear what many of us have been saying for years.... That the 10% brokers claim to only take is a load of BS!
