Check the boards for PO ( Power Only ) or Load - Outs headed in that direction. Should get you about as close to where your going to get. Or give it to a broker and have him list it as a Load-Out and would probably cost $300 and take 10 days. Just two thoughts!

I don't understand, you bought a semi trailer? And you now own a tractor? Why not just bobtail to it and bring it home? That is what I would do, if I bought one. It would take me a couple of days to get it at 1717 miles away from home. LOL! but I'm crazy like that... crazy I tell you.

Oh, I see. I'd look at the load board for a trailer drop load to get you in the area... Then pick up your trailer, again looking at the boards, for a load getting you back close to home. assuming the trailer has been inspected and is road ready for work.
