I see that now. I read the original part last night but missed the 3/4 size. Well maybe someone else will see the pic and it may help them. It was the last thing I did when we were leaving tonight. 3/4 would be on jakes. Which is in the picture as well but no arrows pointing to it.
Found this in my pan during oil change

Inframe completed Sept 8th, 2015. I do my oil changes every 12k mi. Sometimes stretch it to 15k if I am busy.
Tried to make it back to Fla. Currently east bound I10 between mm46 - mm50 just east of La 101. Sitting on the shoulder. Its 4:55am and waiting on Elite towing out of Lake Charles. Going to have them take me to Louisana CAT back in Lake Charles.
Should have listened to you guys. Was running fine. Set up an easy light load dropping about 45 mins from the house. Had an appt with Ringhaver CAT in Brooksville. All of a sudden, power dropped. Pedal went dead. Pulled over on the shoulder.. idle was very rough at about 400 rpm. Shut it off and called for wrecker.
So here I am. Sometimes that little voice should take more priority. Instead I chose to ignore it and ride.
Hopefully didnt do any major damage. What ever it is I can cover it. Always prepared for rainy days. Gonna get a hotel room with a fridge and suck down some much needed adult suds.

We define ourselves by the choices we make. I could retire from all the risks and bad choices I've made.

I've had valve drop in another C15 Acert I drove when a company driver. This was nothing like that. Oddly enough.. the other truck still had pedel and could move. Though it made some gawd aweful noises.
This was a rough idle.. but none of the clangy noises I experienced before. I could smell some bad exhaust just after I shut it off. I'm thinking this was one step away from being really bad. Like new head and or piston bad.
Tow truck still not here. Pitch black dark here. Not much of a shoulder. Half in swampy grass, half on paved shoulder and still only 2 - 3 ft from travel lane.
These people have no mercy.. truckers included. I have my strobes on with my 4 ways. I moved my triangle to the white line and one trucker ran it over. Had to break out my new triangles and put another one on the white line. Pray no one hits me.
Hurstdiesel drinker, JPenn, bzinger and 5 others Thank this. -
