Frachand is correct. All the chemicals are clearly labeled in the large shipping containers they are brought in on. Kansas people used to be brave souls. Guess some of those CA #@%^)##@@# ers showed up to scare them into poverty as well. The earthquakes are so small as to undetectable 99% of the time and the ones that are felt are about a 2 or less on the Richter scale. Grow a set . Quit panicking at the mention of proven 50 yr old technology.

I recently read an article (Huff Post I think) that said the EPA has had to drop it's last two suits due to lack of evidence. One was in PA and the other was in MT or WY. I don't remember which. But apparently people are claiming fracing is ruining their drinking water and then it turns out they have had high amounts of Methane and/or other poisons for many years before any fracing came to town.

It was Pavillion WY, which has always had natural occurring methane in the water. Most of the ground water in that area is heavy water, with lots of dissolved salts, all naturally occurring. After a heavy rain, and the mud holes dry up, they are encrusted with a salty residue.

BYU comes to mind immediately. On the other hand, we have Liberty (one of the MOST conservative colleges in the country) in Lynchburg and Baylor in Waco. College of the Ozarks is preferred by George Bush, Sara Palin and Newt Gingrich (all have spoken there and have endorsed the school). Harding University doesn't allow any sexual activity, King's College has dorms named after Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Winston Churchill and a we haven't even touched on a host of other Catholic and Lutheran schools.

all Universities are liberal, they have to be to teach what they teach, to the masses, without questions from those being taught. Claiming BYU is not Liberal... now that is a joke. They have no room for an alternative to their narrative, or their religion. Their are degrees of being liberal, but education by the few to the masses is a tenant of liberalism.

Liberty university censors speech, and the right to read what others say... a liberal tenant, not a conservative one.

The Liberty University administration blocked access to The News & Advance website from its campus for at least one day last week.
LU Chancellor Jerry Falwell Jr. did not elaborate on the reason Monday, adding that Liberty’s policies allow the administration to “block a number of sites at will.”
By Monday, The News & Advance website had been unblocked.
“Most of the websites that are blocked have to do with obscene material, material that is inappropriate,” Falwell said. “It just so happened last week The News & Advance was blocked for a day or two. We’re a private organization and we don’t have to give a reason and we’re not.”

 

I fully agree with a previous poster that if we have a technology that can induce mother earth in to an earthquake it is great.
I mean if we can relieve the tension along fault lines in a bunch of small quakes rather then all at once in a huge destructive quake that would be a great achievement.

The truth is that capitalism is the cause of all the earthquakes, air, soil, and water pollution. It also causes many people that have everything to want more than they will ever need, or simply call it greed. The truth is methane gas can cause environmental problems but it is produced mostly by the Leftist Mouth.

The truth is the likes of Al Gore would sell your mother for a profit if he could but, represents himself as a liberal GREEN type. OK how does a millionaire jet from place to place?? In a jet fuel burning private plane that's how. How did George Bush make money? Selling oil to make jet fuel for Al Gore!! They are in the capitalism market to make money and they are all the same. You work your ### off and they profit from it!! It is time for people to team up with each other on true ideals, quit worshipping false leaders, and absolutely quit siding with corrupt political parties.
