    I always took that bridge when I wanted to avoid the traffic. That was one big-arse bridge. Baltimore will be a nightmare to go through now. I'm surprised they didn't blame truckers.

    It was allegedly reported, but not confirmed, yet that the ship was apparently having engine problems while it was docked, and still yet allowed to leave… If that happens to be the case, there might be some people in a heap of trouble

    Some bridges are state responsibility and some are federal responsibility.
    If the bridge is part of the interstate, then, yes, the feds will pay for it.

    The size of these Panamax and Suezmax ships nowadays,plus with the aging bridge infrastructure,a bridge like the Key Bridge would be an equivalent of a speed bump to a cargo ship of that size!
