Probably going to take a little manipulation if you don't currently live in Texas. Still worth it if you have the time and inclination to reestablish residency. Plus side is you won't have state income taxes as a TX resident.

Typically CDL school runs between 3500 - 5000 I believe.

Those credit courses will get you started somewhere but you'll need more training to get a diploma from what I'm reading. Looks like you'll get a certificate for those courses. Still a heck of a deal for the residents in the area.
