Free Tuition Details with US Express?

I’m still hunting about for a casual position to supplement teaching, and stumbled across the USXpress free tuition program @ Ashford University.

Turns out Ashford isn’t recognized by NCATE, TEAC, or CAEP- So a Masters in Education the degree would just be a worthless piece of paper that no district would accept lol. So the degree would be free, but districts wouldn’t pay me a dime more for it....

But if the credits transferred to a local 4 year college, it would be a great way to help a kiddo/spouse save 5-10k a year during the 1st 2 years of basic courses. Any current drivers want to expand on the program requirements/stipulations?
