I had my tractor abs light on it wasn’t moving at first but after that it started moving but still I could feel that it was struggling when I got on freeway it wasn’t going over 45 mph and all of sudden tires on right rear axle got locked and I had to pull over once I started driving again it was fine I took it to mechanic he said all the brakes are fine and brake chamber and maxi is also fine I don’t know what could it be?

Make sure the drain holes on the brake can are open. Some had a rubber plug in the wrong holes. They had a field service mod on them when they were new. They get water in them, freeze but the brakes dragging melts so when it goes in the shop it's fine.

Brakes were frozen ... In cold weather turn slightly to the right verify wheels are turning . Turn slightly to the left verify wheels are turning .. Also when parking for the night or a period of time wait about 10 minutes roll the truck forward then back once . This will help prevent frozen brakes in the morning.
