I have a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia DD13 that idles rough when I start it especially in colder weather. After my temp gauge comes up a bit, i shut it off and restart it and the light goes out and it runs good. It has a diesel leak onto an electrical connection I’ve wondered if could be causing it since the code is injector related. Any ideas? 5FB0D5EF-F26D-45D6-9A04-336986D32CC5.jpeg

This is the diesel leak (that I’ve been meaning to fix for weeks) that as you can see has an electrical connection getting wet. Probably where I’ll start unless someone has any other ideas. 6BCDF5BC-4BBA-4998-B2F6-441965813325.jpeg

Wouldn't even waste my time worrying about that plug. Hardly anything on it. Probably bone dry inside.

Code looks to be for injector #2 low current or open circuit. I'd be inspecting the wiring and connections to that circuit. May even be an issue within the injector solenoid itself since it works ok once its warmed up a bit.

    OldeSkool Thanks this.
