Freightliner Cascadia shaking after steer wheel hub assembly replacement

    Hi all, any ideas on what would cause this? Here’s the full backstory:
    Had a leaking wheel seal, decided to just replace it myself. Once I took the old hub off, replaced the seal and torqued it back to 300lbs (steer axle, Conmet hub part #10082204) I couldn’t freely move the hub until I mounted the hub cap back on and lubricated it. Even after that it was hard to move but I figured that’s how it is. Once I started driving as soon as I passed 60mph truck would start shaking. Since I’m on the road and not at home I thought it might be bad wheel bearings, so I just bought a whole hub (preset with everything) and replaced it, but same deal - once I torqued it I can’t m
