I've been looking at this forum for some time now decided that I would sign up and ask a question.
I have the 2007 Columbia with the Mercedes engine it keeps giving the the code SID 128 155 fail 14, I know it has something to do with it not doing the automatic regin, I can cut the truck off and it will go away for about 20 miles and then come back on, If i do a manual regin on the truck it will go away and not come back on for around 320 miles and then back on it comes.
Thanks for any help I can get

This is charge pressure fault code, but really MB uses its propriate codes for PLD (MR unit, mounted on engine) and VCU (FR in EU).
FR just translates propriate MB codes to SAE standard, so to understand what is wrong u need DDDL ore Star Diagnose. Becouse this code may be becouse of blocked muffler, DPF, stuck VNT, faulty charger lines, bad turbo.... -
I agree with Pablo, your dash is only showing the PID/SID, which is the J1587 fault. SID 155 is generally a data link fault, which could be many things. You really need DDDL to get the SPN (J1939) fault to narrow it down.
For SID 155 FMI 14, I get any of these as a possible cause:
Fuel Pressure Too High/Too Low
Smart Remote Actuator 2; No Failsafe Mode; Motor Off
Rail Pressure Governor; Valve Stays Open
Rail Pressure Governor; Leakage in High Pressure Too High
Rail Pressure Governor Sensor; Signal Drift
Rail Pressure Governor Sensor; Sensor Supply Line Broken
High Pressure Pump; Leakage or TDC Position Wrong
Smart Remote Actuator 2; Temperature Warning
MCM Fault Codes Unavailable via J1939 and J1587
MCM Fault Code Table Inconsistant - Upgrade MCM Software
Insufficient Static Fault Code Storrage Memory - Upgrade CPC Software
MCM Fault Code Table Inconsistant - Upgrade MCM Software
DPF Regen Inhibit MUX Switch Message Not Received this Ign Cycle

MBE900 is really OM904/906/924/926 engine. MBE4000 is OM457 ore OM460. It is pushrod design engine with PLD injection (pumpe linie duse - pump line nozzle, ore electronic unit pump).
Engine ECM - VCU is really MB ADM unit.

The code descriptions I posted are all of the SID 155 FMI 14 for a 2007 Meredes with DDEC VI electronics. 90% of the time when I see an SID 155 code on these, it's a problem with communications between 2 multiplexed devices. Either a bad multiplexed component or switch sending a false signal. -
MCM is controlled with the same ADM, so code implementation is not correct too.
Anyway, u need DDDL8 ore Star Diagnose with new version of DAS -
