Freightliner Columbia drag link dilemma

Been having issues uploading the video but here is the link. The sound you hear is me twisting it until drag link hits pit arm this is the twisting motion they keep failing me for. There is 0 play in ball joints even when using crowbar but that twist where it eventually hit pit arm is what they believe is a bad drag link and should be replaced. Can someone with similar style drag link see if this is how it behaves on their truck?

I got a mobile guy that came to my house first time showing he tells me i have to replace my drag link but will let me pass this time my jaw hit the floor that was about 3 days ago
