Thanks Vilhiem for the reply.I put a 5ek Cat in my 81 model A Kenworth and have donor Freightliner that we got the bulk of the wiring out of.This things up and running but with a few minor glitches and I need to find that connector in the Freightliner so I can put it in my harness and talk to the ECU on Mr. Caterpillar.I probably will have more questions later, Hopefully "Mr Haney" is out there listening. Thanks everyone for the help---Tom

it is on floor, near driver's seat, six pin deutch.
But really there are one DLC connector in pass side storage (optional, 2 pin) and in dr.side pillar.
Cat used to install diagnostic connector on pass side of engine -
Mistake, driver's side of engine, near ECM) -
I found it,Thanks Pablo and Vilheim,it was right where you both said it was.I will get this wired in and go from there.I will check this site often so maybe I can help someone too.
