    445K miles on motor.

I replaced injectors #4, 5, 6 and the rear injector harness, plus the grometts and fuel lines. Harness from valve cover to MCM has continuity.

Entered the trim codes into DDDL software, and wrote them to MCM, which reads 14.xxx, so it's current.

I've got a bad ground or the MCM is bad, right?

Not necessarily. Continuity does not tell much, only that there is not a complete break in the wire.

You covered 1-3. #4 is next likely. Harness probably much cheaper than a MCM. Also separate the harness the best you can as if you were removing it and closely inspect it. Deoxit is the best contact cleaner. Can't hurt to clean all grounds and then coat with dielectric silicone.
