After a brief search, it appears that here in the US most of the ECAS systems currently in use are on passenger buses, although the WABCO website also shows availability for trucks and trailers. -

No. it was US cascadia with 12V ECAS unit. In EU we have 24V units available, so I have to call my in Poland, he can purchase 12V units in Wrozlaw, there is Wabco plant that supplys EU and US truck makers
