Yea im with you on that. It deff helps with asthma. Thc opens up your blood vessels. Me and my buds were 13 when lit up.

Edibles are where its at for me the few times a year when i know ill have 2+ weeks off.

 

My 21 year old son hits his medical marijuana several times a day. I hear him coughing his lungs up, but I don’t give him grief because he’s actually a tolerable person to be around when he’s a little high. It mellows his harsh, argumentative, contrarian, smart-aleck, know-it-all personality. We can always tell when he is out of pot.

If it increases his stroke risk, it’s worth the benefits. Most every medicine has risks to consider against the benefits.

Watching my 23 year old daughter’s abuse of alcohol has certainly changed my attitude about pot (even though I was a pothead myself in the ‘70s, and it wiped out my motivation and ambition). There are really no benefits to alcohol consumption, beyond one 4 oz glass of red wine.

Turns out all my Southern Baptist relatives were right about alcohol. And remember, a good Southern Baptist will never drink in front of another Southern Baptist.

My dad used to have me run into the liquor store on the "other side of the tracks" while he sat in the car. He catered Wednesday night suppers at his church, so he had to keep up appearances.
