What is the best way to run team hours to avoid frequent rests? I know we will need to reset eventually.
We tried 15 minute pretrip 9 hours total of driving, 30 min break sometime within the 9 hours of driving and 15 post trip. (the company requires both pre and post trip)

With the above method we were out of hours within a week and our returning hours were about 9.5 hours at midnight.

15 minute pre trip, 8.5 hours driving, flag a post trip. You should never run out of hours in a team.

There really is no way in a true teaming scenario where the load(s) are truly expedited and require movement 21+ hours per day. If you can't be home on a good frequency and both live in same city (or husband-wife) it's tough (miserable)

8.75 in a 10.50 on for recap roll overs

Or burn up your time, do as much as you can do a shift and do a planned restart

We all know how plans work.. Change is contant

You can do a reset in 24 hours, one driver does the first 10 while moving, sit 24 and the other driver finishes their reset while moving.
Elogs make it harder to save time, hit the off duty button as soon as you stop, even if only a few minutes at a rest area.
Plan ahead all you can, maybe do a reset before it is forced where you can work it in where you want to stop, not where you are forced, still a pain but at least you can spend your time at a place you choose.

How does the 8.75 shifts work? How many hours is each driver suppose to sleep and can they drive between both of them 24 hours a day? Thanks
