Since it's not in the OP's post. Judging by the enter Hanover / leave Caroline sign in the video, this is between exit 104 - Ruther Glen, and exit 98 - Doswell going southbound about 25 miles north of Richmond.

 

I'd have driven past it if I hadn't taken the 13th off. I would have gone from Richmond up to the north side of Philly and back. Another driver on the account that didn't take the day off was running the same route (a delivery half a mile away from where I would have gone), and had a steer blowout in MD at exit 4 on the Capital Beltway.

 

Are you saying that is what happened? a steer went and put him in the ditch? I'm in awe about that, Knock on wood I've never had a steer go on me but my heavens if that is what happen then I don't want any steers going away!

 

It looks like he made a last ditch effort to use the turn around?? You can see the tire tracks. It wasn't loss of control. It wouldn't surprise me. Go west Western!

FYI, that second link is a 3.3 MB video that downloads to your hard drive. What kind of virus did you give me? Try using YouTube or another online hosting service. I and I'm sure others don't like surprise downloads.

 

Someone else agrees with me on the caliber of drivers that is employed by this company.
