Just a little FYI...There are countless threads on other Forums on Wilson antenna's and water getting inside and shorting them out...These mostly are on the Newer Wilson's, and not the ones made 10 years ago...Myself, I have had 2 Wilson 5000 Magnet Mount antenna's that got water inside and shorted out within 6 months...
Way I found out they had gone bad, was my SWR meter would peg-out 3.0 SWR...Then when I took the antenna off, and shook it, I could hear something inside the coil rattling around. (plus when shaking it some water would come out)

Only antenna's I run now are the Predator 10K's...Less to go wrong since the coil is all out in the open. however they also can get water in them, usually in the top section where the stinger go's in, but if you stick a little silicon around the stinger it will help keep the water out...although even if water gets inside a Predator, it's very little, nothing like a Wilson's coil that can act like a small water tank.
The "SW" Dual Coil Predator 10K tunes about the same height as the Wilson 5000's.
