Friend of mine wants to quitting at the start of Prime, Inc TNT training....

He took the class and passed the written and drive test in Utah. He currently is using the address of the school for his UT CDL, a temporary license due to residence. It should point out clearly how long the temp license has before expiration. Since it is a time restricted license, the letter states the reason and gives the exemption authorization to drive (in command without front seat supervision) to his state of residency where he can transfer the temp license to a valid permanant license.

 

Why do people hold to the belief that companies issue cdls? They don't the state does. Prime can hem haw all they want, but they can't take his cdl.
