Found a good trucking software for LP OO called TrucknPro. Will be getting that real soon so we can keep books and loads in order.
Hubby going to be heading home with 2600 miles not bad for trip home.
I have been doing alot of reading and talking with hubby and others him too. Conclusion is even after we get title we will be staying on present company for a bit. There's a few reasons one is to build accounts.
But I am amazed that our present company pays more to leased on OOs than many others do. No joke they are not the best company's but much bigger than one we are with so it's surprising to say the least. To think OO sign on with Those companies thinking there making good money just choked me up. There's a thread in the OO section stating numbers and it's recent and very sad.
On another note hubby has to redo his hazmat when home. It is Not needed for present company but he is keeping it and tanker because it's future planning. Not to mention write off.

Hubby back at main office for the night. He was told No more Recapped tires allowed anymore. Not worth it. There is a New Boss in office answers to owner only. Lots of interest.

Today hubby just replaced another recapped tire with new. Lucky him felt the shaking before something bad happened. So that means almost all his so called new recaps are being replaced in a few months of getting them. Now that's a waste.Wickedfire77 Thanks this. -

Well, hubby got home for 5 days and we got so much done at farm. We had enough to rent bushog and bucket to clean out goat pens and mow property. Paid parking for year too at local truck repair place. They do it all great people and just a few miles from home.
But the bad was hubby forgot to send in paperwork for last week's run so no check. Luckily it doesn't put us behind this week but not sure of next. He will have 2 truck payments coming out of next week. THIS is what is the downfall of owning your own truck and still making payments. No paid vacation it is the hardest thing to learn to deal with and work around. Luckily our payments on truck are under $500 a week so catching up is easy. Could not imagine having $1000 or more to pay weekly on new truck. It's no wonder why so many fail at lease purchase.
For those looking for an inverter Harbor Freight has a good deal on a 2000 for $124.00 right now. Hubby has the 1500 and it has last him 5 years. We were gonna get this new one but had to buy wood for goat barn. His inverter now is acting up but he is gonna open it up to see if he can fix it.
So latest loads go from Atlanta GA to VA to Oh then to Mi. I think he is already set up out of Minutes too but not sure as I haven't really talk to him today.
Oh we went to local Freightliner here to get two parts for passenger side wipers. Ours here is very small but price was good for parts. They didn't even have more than 4 new trucks on lot. But then again they are doing alot of Gliders from Friztgerald. Fritz is located about 3 hours from us by car. There doing the Peterbuilts now too.Highway Sailor Thanks this. -
Depending how big the load was that didn't get sent in on time, it may cover that extra truck payment and help dig you out that much faster.

Wooow. 90¢ a mile and 15¢ a mile is taken out of that. So you're making three quarters a mile, paying $550 a week for that privilege AND having to run the truck as much as possible just to keep your head above water. If you're trying to make l/p sound like a good idea, you're not doing a great job.
