If his pay stub is showing 24 cpm. It may be because he's getting per diem. That won't show on his pay stub and he's hiding money from his wife.

Also sounds like a sliding pay scale. More miles = less cpm

The sliding scale is for short loads - pay more .... there is no productivity based variable scale.

The guy is getting 8 cents a mile in per diem and hiding it from his wife.

She hijacked it herself with her self proclamation of expertise on the Swift pay scale as well as thier running practices.

I feel like everyone should do some research if they don’t want to be corrected. It’s not hard to look that stuff up these days.

LOL you all are so funny. It's not even your paycheck and your all in. Huff.
But it is right it's a sliding pay scale. Friends did calculate and they asked and it was what they were getting paid. But that is there problem. I did tell them there is better what they do with it is their choice. End of story.

Hubby's birthday present was tonight. He wanted to see new Star Wars movie. I liked it more than he did.

You’re*. You’re just way too caught up in the lifestyle or whatever you OTR guys call it. You think you know it all, when really you don’t know much at all. Just do some research before posting. Don’t just listen to your husband who thinks he knows it all also.
