You'll really enjoy it. It's the best 16.95 I spend per month.

Finally saw an Abilene rig northbound on I81 around 5:10 this evening at mm226. I've been lurking here reading the Abilene forums and really enjoying and learning allot. I have a brother that has 36 yrs with Wilson Trucking and at some point I'd like to try my hand at it. I believe Abilene would be my choice from all the forums and posts I've read here on the site. Praying all you guys & gals stay safe!!

I have it in my personal vehicle and love it! I'm going to get it for my truck soon. Do you need any special equipment to install in the truck?

Not really, just a 3.5mm jumper cable that goes from the satellite unit to the auxiliary opening on the stereo. Set the stereo on aux. and you're good to go. I have used both the aftermarket overpriced antenna you can buy for $50-60 dollars, or the little deal that comes with the satellite radio. I've used both, but with this new Cascadia I opted to go the cheaper route and its working just fine.

I went ahead and took the Sirius radio out of my personal vehicle and put it in the truck. It worked great! I spend more time in the company truck anyway so it makes more sense to have it there.

Went to the home of the green machine in Richmond and meet Sally and a few other people in operations. If I could have startered this week would have gotten the 780 I wanted hopefully they still have some empty when I start in jan. made sure John name was on paperwork for referral. Be safe all.

Glad to have ya! I wouldnt sweat the 780, 90% chance youll get one unless you tell them you want regional northeast then its usually a Mack. I say usually. Outside chance at a Freightliner.
