    Plant City runs 36' trailers and the loads are pallitzed. As for benefits, we get 1.5 hours of flex time, can be used for vacation, sick time, personal time, for ever 30 hours worked, max is 56 hours/year. 24 hours automatically every January. This is on top of vacation time. I started April 2018 and had 2 weeks vacation by the end of the year. Took Thanksgiving and Christmas week off, plus had a week already this year. Medical, eye, dental.etc. There are 3 plans, pick which is best for you and your family. 401k is matched up to 4% and after 1 year you get profit sharing also into the 401k. Mike hit the pay right.

    Yea, I get that, but you know when something seems out of skew. Like "I made 85,000 in 6 months at Werner" or something unreasonable.

    Yeah I’m a sideloader they have bulk routes which is a sweet route making around 15k-20k more but a newbie such as myself wouldn’t see that route for at least 10 years they also have transport which I know makes probably around 75-80k yearly I may have a better chance getting into transport

    @FlaSwampRat ... where r' ya hiding atm?!?!? ;) IDK about you, but this weather mess... I'm busy. Bet you are, also. I'm on 'volunteer' status to run south for a few days OTR.. Yay me.

    I'm hiding in beautiful downtown Lakeland Florida. Taking a lil break, it's really hot out today. That hurricane sucked all the rain away so now it's just stagnant and hot
