Bulbs seem to be fine I've been looking for the turn signal fuse and can't find it. Is it in the engine bay? Only the front blinker is out the rear and side works just fine and I've checked the fuses under dash and in engine but none say truck turn signal I've seen it for the trailer but not the truck. Ty.
Front left turn signal out

Have you put a new bulb in?
I have had bulbs with no damage visible that were broken.Samx1 Thanks this. -

What do you mean "Bulb seems to be fine"?
Did you check the bulb's Ohm's? Looking at it means little to nothing.
Replace the bulb. The fuse controls all the turn signals, not just one of them
Samx1 Thanks this. -
It's a 2012 and yes I feel stupid I just swapped it out and it's back working didn't look burnt out though thanks for all the replies

I have a 2015 Volvo 630 and mine started doing the exact same thing. When I turn on left turn signal, the green arrow indicator on the dash flashes rapidly, and the rear & side cab lights work but not the front. The right side works fine and the front left park lights also work. It threw an LCM code MID 216 PSID - - - FMI 5. What does this mean? Also, there are 2 park/turn signal bulbs on each front side so if one of them went out would that prevent both from working? Hopefully this is something simple but I've never had any lights go out before today on this thing so I wanted to check first. Thanks

Haha Jesus it's been a long night! Turns out there is only one bulb that has an excellent reflection of itself when looking at it from the outside lol so anyways I changed the bulb and problem solved!Last edited: Jul 11, 2016
