You might also look into shocks. I had one do that. I took to the shop to check anything loose in the front end. Bearings and king pins were fine. The only thing that looked worn were the shocks.

Ok thanks now don't feel so bad. So we know it might be a tire issue not kingpin. As it is not all the way around on inside. I can hear the steering shaking when on the phone with him and he is silent. That disappeared when they replaced driveshaft about 3 or so months ago.
Hubby says these tires were on steering when I was in truck over winter. If that is the case I felt it like mullets in car tires. -
While you're at it, have a look see at the spring hanger bushings. ( where the spring connects to the frame) Those wear too, I found that out after I bought my own truck.

Not bushings. He is thinking now after having a good look at the it's the toe in and toe out. He says there is more wear on one tire than other. Shaking is worse now too. He is close to his company terminal and is going to deadline it for tire replacement + repairs.
