Diets aren't one size fits all. There are lots of factors that should be considered.

But nobody does, because "influencers" on YT make everyone believe carnivore is the fix to all their issues.

I eat a ton of protien, but I need carbs, and sugars at certain times too. They ain't makin me fat, unhealthy, or have chronic disease.

I stopped eating fruits and vegetables for a couple weeks now. For three years now I have been eating 4-6 eggs and a pound of beef each day, sometimes adding in a few strips of bacon as well. Those blood pressure numbers are from my physical last year.

Cholesterol does not clog your arteries, it is misunderstood that cholesterol is what your body uses to repair damage done to your arteries because of inflammation. So high cholesterol readings are not the cause of disease, it is the result of unhealthy eating of ultra processed foods, sugars, and carbohydrates.

It fixed every problem I had. I am not saying this because the diet is now a religion of mine, it truly has fixed problems I had for ages. I used to wake up gasping for air while sleeping, that was the first thing fixed after only the first couple months. Then after that went all my joint pains. I never even get sick anymore. After my first year I was able to do a ten mile hike up and down Mt Leconte in Gatlinburg TN with ease.

I think what is used in the growing process greatly affects our health. I can't eat lettuce, instant diarrhea, tomatoes too, store bought make me sick, yet backyard one are fine. And don't give me this "organic" crap. I've been to food processing places, "what are we runnin' today, Lou, Organic?" Out comes the "organic" packages. Doctor visits have become so common place, people, women mostly, go in for every pimple on their aXX,,,come on, I give every malady 2 weeks, even then, I have to be dragged in, unconscious, preferably. I stay away from spicy foods, fatty foods, some of that God awful Asian stuff;), or fish, full of who knows what's in the water, and get this, I eat a lot of junk food, as it's the lesser of 2 evils. I take the vitamins as kind of a compromise.

Imagine never having to use vitamins or pills of any kind. Never getting those maladies in the first place. I never even bother with grass fed or organic beef either. I get the cheap 73%/27% ten pounders at walmart and never have to worry about tests and numbers.

Yes it takes a bit of willpower at first to give up the junk food. But once your body shifts from burning carbohydrates and sugars over to fat, you will never crave those things or have any hunger pains again.

ok, you go with that BS you spew..

Yes, consuming excessive amounts of red meat can contribute to the clogging of arteries.
    Reasons:
    • Saturated Fat:
      .Opens in new tab

Red meat is high in saturated fat, which raises levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol in the blood. This cholesterol can accumulate in the arteries, forming plaques that narrow and block blood flow.
    • Choline:
      .Opens in new tab

Red meat contains choline, a nutrient that can be converted into a compound called trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) in the gut. TMAO has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease by promoting inflammation and plaque formation.

Why are you getting angry? How many meds are you on? All your life you have been told that saturated fats are bad for you, when it is actually healthy and stable, which is why they call it saturated. If you do not eat enough cholesterol in your diet, then your body is going to just make its own.

The inuit in the arctic that eat nothing but fatty meat all their lives have no disease whatsoever.

I know you feel defensive about all you believe in about health, but wouldn't it be worth swallowing your pride and open up to what I am saying so that you could go on in life without having to spend so much time at the doctor and having to take pills and meds every day?
