Personally I would keep the job you have until you find another. Just be sure to tell prospective employers you don’t want to jeopardize your current job. Good luck
Lonesome and Val_Caldera Thank this. -
If it's just pissy annoying things, find another one before leaving. -

Wow,What a piece of crap trainer you have. I don't learn that way either. I'm thinking about entering the trucking industry, but working for the right company would be a must for me. First off he's getting paid extra money to train you than normal trucking. And he's sleeping most the time while you're driving, how can he give you any instruction why he's sleeping. And then he acts like he's the foreman and you're The apprentice back in the old days when screaming and yelling are for the most part acceptable not today this is a different age I think I would tell that guy thing or two from the start if he went to sleep on me I'd be calling his office and saying this is not what I signed up for if this guy is not going to do his job then this is not happening, maybe you should have an attorney involved from the get-go I don't know. I hope this gets better for you but in my experience this guy's a real #######. Maybe the company's better than this but doubtful if they put this guy in charge he must have some kind of inroad to the owner and just don't care. Please advise me I'm thinking about signing up with CR England in Richmond Indiana and delivering to Dollar general stores. I live about an hour away from Richmond in Ohio. Thank you and godspeed.
austinmike Thanks this. -
@RichardSharpe you may want to spend some more time on here before you go to CR England and/or deliver to Dollar Stores. CRE and CRST are probably the worst companies to go to based on what's been said here. Have you looked at Millis Transfer, Swift, or one of the other companies that offer school and training?
Good Luck in your decision.Dennixx and Speed_Drums Thank this. -

I have dismissed CR England which I had not signed any paperwork with I am so glad I reviewed different things and for your message also. This morning I discovered one of the carriers you mentioned millis transfer. I contacted them and think this will be the way to go. After reviewing info and getting a feeling they really did not monetarily treat their drivers correctly at the very least probably much more telling what you work for them, thank you again.
Dennixx and gentleroger Thank this. -
Chinatown Thanks this.
