FTC Transportation Info Wanted...

FTC, You talking about Feed The Children Transportation out of Oklahoma City? Have you called them?

If this is the one I no nothing about their trucking business but like some (not all) religious non profit organizations someone abuses the offering plate and gets greedy so I don't have much use for the founder or his son. Last I heard they are no longer a part of it but the legal battle continues.

 

i worked for them in the late 90's..they are just a trucking company like every other company....but they did really abuse there drivers.. there trucks are basic fleet trucks maintenance is very poor but i did make decent money but i had to run my butt of to get it

 

I just fot approved to work at ftc, they said my pay rate would be .34/mile with a penny increase if I stay out longer than two weeks. They run miles if u wanna run but they use peoplenet electronic logs. I told them I'd call them back if I was still interested.

I just have a problem working for .34cpm when I have 15yrs OTR exp. And other companies are offering me more. But I did go to their terminal & it seemed like they have their ##### in order if that other driver is still interested .

 

34 cpm would turn me away...as far as peoplenet we are using it now had qualcomm.. i liked it then went to xata..biggest piece of electronic crap known to mankind..now the peoplenet is pretty good to use i like it as well maybe better than qualcomm...the more we learn the better it gets...
