Want to keep torque alive in line with hp
-
Answer is in injector tip, not increasing pulsewidth.
-
Makes sense. If add fuel so to does pulse width. Aren't acert injectors the same? I've been looking and some say fits both
-
Been looking at inj seen some that said 6nz and acert compatible. Acerts run hotter which leads me to believe inj can handle more fuel?? Just curious
-
Still have to tune regardless new tips or not
-
ACERT injectors will run fine on 70pin ECM. 2530615 and 2530616 injectors go well in a truck engine with 70 pin ECM.
If you want more fuel, get a bigger tip on the injector, don't stretch the pulse width. fit a 211 3024 or 2113025 instead of the factory 23
tuning is wonderful.... if the guy knows what he is doing, which from what I've seen most DO NOT.anthonyar4, Oxbow and spsauerland Thank this. -
The 211-3023/10R0957/10R8501 flows 2.82kg/min. The 211-3024/10R0958/ 10R8502 flows 3.107 kg/min. That's over a 10% flow improvement. If you wanna smoke like a train, the 211-3027/10R-0959 flows 4.7 kg/min. Only difference between these injectors is the tips, everything else is the same.

After reading the posts I'm probably going to make mine an acert. Any kits for those or tips on turbo setup

I really don't see what all u can do tube wise to make them any better it Injectors aren't right cause you'll just throw it out of sync unless u have different cam or something. Then again I haven't looked into the code yet
