    Not even close. But i remember .45/gal fuel and we certainly didn't set .45/mile rates. Just doesn't sound like a very sound way to run.

    Quote me where I said rates should equal fuel prices?
    That's right I didn't.

    Point is expenses going up, inflation is here.
    $2-$3 a mile ain't much when you factor all that in.
