Bubbles in fuel tank

Ok everytime we get a PM done our truck looses it's prime ..have to shoot with eather to get running and been running a little rough...could it be sucking air somewhere
-
Could be but I suspect that whomever is performing the service isn't properly priming the fuel system. Do yourself a favour and stay away from ether. That stuff will crack rings and damage the liners (takes the lubricating oil out of the crosshatches).

Well it was TA once and Loves the 2nd

Check fuel line one way valve..
Debroy Thanks this. -
Get a section of clear plastic hose (Milk house hose) and put inline from existing hose to your fuel filter. or where ever you want to look. Low pressure line.
Debroy Thanks this. -
No

You mean when they pull your fuel filters off? You’re going to lose prime if you have spin on filters. I’ve never messed with a Davco. My secondary filter has a valve on it to keep the line to the injectors from back flowing.

Yes spin on filters....they have a hell of a time getting it going after a PM
