has anyone had problems with fuel temp sensors on cat engines,it is the sensor by the primary fuel filter?

I had my truck at Cat couple of months back for a turbo code, also found a fuel sensor code. They replaced the sensor, and code was removed.

I haven't had a lick of problem with my fuel temp sensor...so far. The sensor is on top of the filter bases that is mounted to the motor. You can't miss it.
