Anyone have any more info on this position like what are the requirements and is it more loading than driving. UPS itself is scarce on info like requirements besides a CDL with all endorsements. Which i have already just no experience. Their HR is not very friendly.

Nothing about UPS is friendly. Just going to your local warehouse to collect your lost package is a lesson in applied profanity. Only one hour Wed PM each week is the Public allowed to pick up their packages there. Any package still on trouble rack after 3 days gets shipped back. So that pretty much eliminates UPS as a going concern.
Keep in mind you will never see any fat UPS drivers. Nor you will see any who has time for you or anything else. Boxes boxes boxes and more boxes right now to keep up with Amazon who is seriously whipping their workers until they are shipped out in Ambulances and are replaced. Worker got mentally bent, so solly, better luck at your next job.
Those kinds of places are incredibly high stress environments.
You can go online and listen in to Memphis Center and Approach several times a night as a horde of package airplanes want down right now all at the same time. I think Memphis has 4 runways, but it's not enough. No time, no fuel, no room and certainly no dawdling allowed. You can hear the stress in the chatter some nights.
If you really want to upset Memphis, have a tornado outbreak coming their way. -
im just trying to find something that's local and that might have me home every night. i have everything but experience. Also i have some weird luck every time i try to go into the trucking industry i get a raise or a promotion.
