I have been working for G. W. Frazeur for about 6 weeks. When I was hired, I was told that I would be OTR for a couple weeks making anywhere from $250-$600/load. For the first 2 weeks, I was given my paycheck with no problems. When it was time for my 3rd check, my wife had to drive 45 minutes to get it from the owner's (my boss) secretary and the secretary never showed up! My wife, finally, 2 days later, had to drive all the way out to the office and get cash because they ran out of "checks!" When she received the cash, she found out it wasn't even half of what I was owed. When I came home 2 days later, they had the rest of my check for me, after waiting 2 hours to get it. After 3 weeks of driving OTR, I started hauling asphalt and was told, when I was hired, that I would be making $20/hour. I have only seen $1050 of my money in 2 checks, and I am owed over $2000 still. I have refused to go back out for this man and when I did he threatened to fire me and told me that he would have my check for me if I came out to work that day. Of course, he didn't have it for me until the next day and still wasn't even the correct amount. This man owes me for 70 hours of work and I quit working for him and he still hasn't coughed up the dough. If you are offered a job by this company, please, take my advice, and walk away.

The best course for you to take is go thru small claim court. You can forget about the Labor Board, they are a joke. And the amount isn't worth going thru a lawyer.

Old George frazeur is still up to his same old S++t still Small claims court won't work because he runs under to many company names USA Trucking, G.W, First stop express, & G.W Produce And You Probley Never Filled Out A Application "Right"

My company delivered 15 loads for this sleezeball that invoiced out at almost $41,000. He always lied about when he would pay and the amount he would pay. That was after a major effort to even get in contact with him. Then after they had all been delivered, he still has not paid over $8,400 still owing and refuses to take phone calls, certified mail, or make contact of any kind. And to top it all off, these were loads that Northland Express Transport had given to him and he double-brokered them to me WITHOUT HAVING A BROKERS LICENSE. Please note that Northland Express Transport was not party to this, and although they paid him in full for all these loads (they confirmed this to me), they have no recourse or responsibility in this matter.

I don't know if this is info from their CSA or what, but I stumbled upon it doing a Google search. I doesn't look good. Bad ratings as far as drivers inspections and equipment go.

Please contact me if you have been scammed by G.W. Frazeur. I am in dicussions with a transportation attorney, and there are ways to hurt this man and get your money. The more of us that band together in this suit against him, the worse problem he will have. Thanks.

I'm going out on a limb here but....I can not believe that you did not do a credit check or a back ground check on a company you have never done business with and this includes a check of the BBB not to mention their brokering license info.
I'm sorry that you might be taken to the cleaners on this but with the ease of being able to screw anyone in this day and age it's always a good idea to cover that arse before committing to any deals before having checked anyone you will start to do business with.
I hope you let all the brokers blacklisting services out there know every detail of this company and this includes OOIDA. Good Luck you're going to need it!
