    This happens a lot.....more than you can imagine. I have been seeing more and more recently as the idiots continue to F with truck drivers at 70 mph

    Seems like it took a long time for the fire boys to actually start putting it out. Glad the good guys weren't hurt.

    The truck driver is technically involved in a fatal accident, will this affect his driving career at all? CSA?

    A fraction one way, near miss, a fraction the other, possibly an injured, or worse, truck driver...Best outcome for scenario imo, I hope it doesn't trouble the trucker's mind too badly...Even when not at fault, he was just part of something many don't handle well...

    He's totally in the clear. I presume more than one camera caught what happened, and there wasn't anything he could have done anyway. I was in a similar situation last fall, and I haven't heard a peep about it since, except from the other driver's insurance company wanting to settle.
