If he can't figure that out I'd kick him out of the truck for being an idiot.
You can load compartments short. Just don't overfill them. This is not a capacity load.
There are two ways to break this load down that I can see right away, it just depends on station layout, company policies, and where he's loading.
Gas tanker, how to load?

Just wait for the day he is sent to repo gas. That's right repossessing fuel from stations that don't pay their bill! That's fun NOT!! I repoed 6600 gallons of gas and diesel once from a station in Portland maine and the owner comes out with a road flair and threatened to throw it at me if I started pumping
bottomdumpin and KillingTime Thank this. -
1st ulsd 2320 bio 580
2nd usld 880 bio 220
3rd reg 1100
4th reg 500
5th reg 2450 -
I guess I was expecting some formula that says so much bio in so much ulsd.

25% bio is what your asking for. I'd put the Ulsd/bio in the back cause it's heavier.....::
I'd do
1-2500NL
2-1500NL
3-625ulsd/156 bio
4-625ulsd/156 bio
5-1950ulsd/487bio -
If it's all going in one tank at the customer I'd load it separately and let it mix when I drop it in the tank.....

First off gasoline and diesel is called PRODUCT not gasoline or fuel. Homeskillet is right, each trailer or tank has a tag on the frame rails that tell you exactly what the compartments will hold. Most of the time they give three different loads for each compartment. They do that for temp. changes. Then when he gets to the station if they have an automatic gaging system you can use that but I had tank charts for all the different type of tanks at our stations. I'd stick the tanks (that's the long stick usually black) to get the reading of how much product was in the tank. It would give me the amount in inches. Say it read 45 inches on the stick . I'd look at the tank chart and get the amount in gallons that was in the tank. We were required to fill no more than 90%. The trick is knowing what type of tank is in the ground. Sometimes you get lucky and the manufacture is listed at the fill point or you'd get that information for someone that knows. Then I'd dropped.

If you want 2500 gallons total with 25% bio....
It's 2500 x.25= 625 bio leaving 1875 ulsd
2500 subtract the 625 leaves the 1875
