Gas tanker, how to load?

I have so many mixed feelings on this statement it's not even worth my time to get into it.

Hmmmm.......... Irving? Abenaqui? Dead River? Cumberland Farms? Shell (all 8 of them)?..... Who provides fuel for the Gulf stations up here?
