Gavin Newsom's California gave 62,000 CDL PERMITS to illegal aliens & migrants 2 drive commercially

The system is built on large companies with money wanting to keep the momentum going and have their number punchers accounting team figuring out what keeps the slow drip of cash flow going. They want to keep the truck seats warm and will hire anyone with a pulse. Evidently a dumb can't speak or understand English steeling wheel holder and the biggest oversight would be these large predatory trucking companies. They're the biggest part of the problem and should be shutdown if they hire a Non Domicile trucker who can not speak English. It's not complicated like Duffy said or complicated Einstein stuff. I believe that 'Duffy' will start shutdowning Larger Mega Carriers or at least start putting major million fines on those Megas who operate with non speaking English trucker who shouldn't have a cdl in the 1st place. The Megas obviously don't care about much wrecks and fatalities occur because they want to undercut the wages for those Non English speaking drivers. Greed & Corruption go hand & hand.

If Gavin Newsom the Governor of California actually cared about the common citizen he wouldn't be fighting back at US Transportation secretary Sean Duffy scantions put in place.

 

Duffy announced also he’s getting ready to revoke the state of California’s authority to issue CDL’s if they don’t comply… That would be huge in that state alone and I’m thinking doing that would most likely turn a lot of people on Sacramento in a very negative way to force change

 

The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), and the Public Citizen Litigation Group filed a petition for review in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to challenge the new rule, calling it a threat to the livelihood of immigrants.

“Asylum seekers, refugees, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients who have work authorization are barred from holding commercial driver’s licenses based on their immigration status,” a press release on the AFT’s website elaborated.
