The truck I'm in was purchased from an owner operator who hauled oversized equipment. It's a Freightliner XL Classic with a 10 speed. How can I find out the gear ration? It seems like the rail pressure is best on the high side when the truck is on cruise. Any suggestions on how to find out about how it has been set up? 2003 with a 60 Series Detroit. Thanks in advance.

If it wasn't a glider, you might check inside the door. Should be a sticker with the info on it. Otherwise crawl under and look for the tag on the rear. It'll be small and metal

My freightliner and western star have it listed in the glove box. If you haven't figured it out, what size tires, what rpm at 62mph?
