Can't hear your echo if it's built into the radio without using the talkback.. if their built into the radio why wouldn't you use them...... you friggin paid $$$$ for them !!!!!

Most cb techs will tell you 3 digit galaxy's suck....
-
I didnt say that they were good or bad radios just mentioning that they install a rf power control on their radios.

As a courtesy and to be polite I call them what they would like to be called even if the term does not apply.bored silly Thanks this.

I had a 929 it was so, so, good modulation, average receive, too much static, it had talkback, variable power , big meter with modulation scale, and backlit face which was cool. As far as the new Galaxy 2 digit radios I have a 99v2 and compared to the older galaxys or a General Lee Im not real impressed, if you take the cover off and look at the board all the tuning pots are cheap plastic instead of metal like on the connex/ general boards. I have a older Galaxy DX45MP and that radio is awesome still works good to this day and its probably 12 years old.bored silly and rabbiporkchop Thank this.

Since when have you been courteous and polite to other Cb techs, you turning over a new leaf?bored silly and rabbiporkchop Thank this.
