General Lee is messing up on me

I just bought a General Lee 10-meter radio, where could I get this radio converted to cover CB frequencies??

what type of Micro phone should i use for a Cobra 29 Ltd classic nw? i am wondering because the stock one is not doing so well

 

Astatic 636 or a ranger sra 198 both are good mics. Astatic mics are on sale in the pilot's and flying j all the time....

 

General Lee is a great radio !
Peaked & Tuned it swings 70watts, and talks even louder.
It really gets out.
Walks all over a friend's big Galaxy 99, 100+watts.

 

Single side band is not more than 40 channels. Rather, it is a smaller section of the same channels. A.m. radio and single side band on legal CB radio share the exact same frequencies.

 

General Lee=10 watts
Galaxy 99=10 watts
Connex 3300=10 watts
All had 1969 finals

 

Is that using the same happy meter that everyones Cobra 29 LTD Classic somehow shows 50 watts? General lee does a solid 45 pep and Galaxy 99 does a solid 40 to 45 pep, and as rabbi pointed out they both have a carrier of 10 watts, find it hard to believe that you walk all over your friends 99.
