I am less than impressed with GDA myself. When I was first getting my CDL I attended there and found that they ejected more people than they did graduate. Grounds for ejection always seems to be shady at best. one of my biggest problems was the fact that we were told that we had to pay upfront for the services that we would later get such as going to get permits or licenses however when that time came our money vanished and we had to pay out of pocket. The worst thing that I saw while I was there was during one of the training trips one of the instructors was actually involved in a wreck with students inside the vehicle. The students were expressly told that they were not to go to any doctor other than one that the school appointed. one student ignored this and they ejected him from the school the next day. to make matters even worse the instructor wouldn't even own up to his own mistake and instead tried to place the blame on one of the other students. Their equipment was really shody out of the two and a half weeks and I was there I recall only half of the time the equipment was actually working.
