Volvos r usually squirrelly being that they have such independent cab suspension they only have two front mounts the back is all on the airbags makes for a hell of a ride but it’s an acquired feeling to drive or it takes some getting used to.

Yeah you feel like it's going to roll over every time you hit a bump. Especially in a little day cab where the airbags are right under your butt.

    I felt so special!

PS- I did like the truck and compared to the DD12 Freightliner auto the I-Shift/M-Drive is way better! Especially if the Performance mode is enabled.

Ever notice that almost everyone who bashes Volvos and Volvo drivers hasn't driven one and everyone who has, though they still make jokes, has mostly good things to say about the truck?

Kind of cracks me up, especially since everywhere I run there are just as many track suit wearing flip floppers in all the other Aero trucks as there are in Volvos, the craptastic Crapcadias chief among them.

Anyway, carry on bashing. The day you get in an iShift Volvo that gets 9mpg you won't likely want to get out of it.

That's weird about your seat. Doesn't sound right to me. I'd ask maintenance to look at that and see if any of the other new trucks have the same complaint.

Also, the plug should work of course. Do you have a test light or multimeter to check voltage at the back of that plug? Pretty simple to pull the connector. It's a simple hot and ground. If the fuse is good you likely have a bad ground.

Nope, not butthurt, just making an observation. If you can prove me wrong, feel free.

I say drive what you want to drive, if you have the choice. I don't bash old iron guys all the time. It just cracks me up.
