Thank you for the help, No what I was saying the guy who is going to help me get my CDL is a small company here locally, I just called it a mom and pop, I have my permit paper I just need to buy it and will this coming week. The mom and pop doesn't train as far as I know, they just teach you enough so you can pass the road test with there truck and like 7 to 8 hours of practice for the pre-trip test and some driving around the course that the DMV will take you on for the real test, all for about 500 bucks, I thought this was ALOT less risky then starting from scratch with a bit company training school, and something happening and I get sent home along with the Bill for all the money I owe them, I would rather get my CDL first, an then see if they would be willing to train me in there driving school and everything else the other students do besides getting there CDL, So like I was saying, the mom and pop doesn't give you any driving training just enough to be able to use there truck for the test, I would want swift to train me in there school. And about the medical stuff, I'm hoping that since I haven't taken meds in over 15 years and that I have no mental illness or physical restrictions that all will work out fine, And I agree, best to be prepared, that's why I'm here asking you great people to start with. :biggrin_25519:
