I would add that the mentor you get could right now be on the other side of the country, so it could take a few days just to get to you.
How ya gunna be if you have to wait at a loading dock, or worse if you miss your delivery appointment and are held up for a few days because the receivers are just being spiteful? Patience is a virtue in this business.
Anyways I have a schedule, we’ll be starting Monday or Tuesday when my mentor gets back, and for the training we’ll be mostly running a dedicated account that goes back and forth between LA and Utah. I must say I wished for the possibility of having more variety in training situations, but mentor seemed like a really nice and chill person.
I waited a week and half in 97 for swift trainer. Trainers are i short supply since most experienced drivers wont do it So be patient, swift will waste your time on a regular basis
No worries, Bubba will be available soon to give you your “training” . Starting with a team shower, get to know your trainer up close

Take a long walk or whatever you do for exercise. You won't like being parked in a truck stop 4 states away with another man on Christmas.
