    HAVE NO IDEA!!!

Hey guys looking at getting back into OTR after 11 years as a expedite driver. I still hold my CDL A with Haz-mat and tanker endorsements. My questions are as followed

    1. I had a DL suspension some 12 years ago for not paying a minor moving violation ticket. It showed on my MVR and on Hireright up until 2 years ago. ? is will a company be able to find it if it does not show up on my MVR or DAC??

    2. I also had a minor misdemeanor when I was 18 it is not on my Hireright report or in the NCIC database. Do you think a employer would be able to find it??

    3. I have never had a doctor in my life, I have only been to the emergency room once for a infection in my leg. All my DOT physicals have been done by clinics. Question is, is there a national database for medical records?? If I were to not put anything on my Longform when I get a company DOT is there anyway they could find my emergency room visit??

Ya'll are probably wondering why I and asking about ? 3. I'll let ya'll in on something personal, that I think might disqualify my from a decent company. I use to way 660 pounds thats right SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY. I have lost a bunch of weight in the last 3 years I am down to 225. When I went into the emergency room they listed my weight, height ect. I believe a strict company may DQ me since they think that I will have major health problems in the future and do not want me on there insurance.

I don't know if my misdemeanor is floating around somewhere because when I applied for my TWIC and Fastcard I listed it and they questioned me about it. I have my TWIC, Fastcard so no worriers there. I am just wondering if I did not list it would they have found it??

When I went to apply for my CCW permit they found it also then again I applied for the permit in the same county as I was charged in some 15 years ago.

I like to thank ya'll in advance for your input. Stay safe out here winter is upon us:biggrin_2555:

good job on the weight loss. If you can do that, you can do anything. Best to tell them everything up front. but, sometimes being truthful in regards to a job interview can come back and bite you. I wouldn't worry about the emergency room visit, cause they most likley would never find out about it.
