Simple question,
If a company has 5 brand spank'n new drivers to interview, does the company look at their employment background to breakdown who gets hired? Here is scenario give me your opinions:
1) perfect driving record. worked at Mcdonalds, not much work history
2.) perfect driving record spotty work history, interview not great.
3). little blip on driving record nothing too serious, 15 year excellent work history, interviewed well etc.
4) driving record tickets 1 speeding, 1 no left turn, great work history
5) driving record perfect,recent retire, interview well
Which of these would get a job with XYZ company?
Just for fun, not meant to be perfect.
I think 3 and 5? Maybe 1
