Getting HTC G1 DOT Compliant

I currently have an HTC G1 phone and I wanted to know if anyone out there has been able to get this phone (with a Bluetooth headset) to be DOT compliant. The phone came with an app for voice mail, but I would still have to pick up the phone. I was just curious if you could be able to make a call by turning on the headset and speaking into the microphone and then having the phone dial the number for you. Thanks.
